Iqbal Khan is a first-generation Pakistani-American who first moved to New York City in 1989. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree at CUNY, he moved to Chattanooga to be closer to family. In 1993, he became a partner in the fine jewelry business where he claims, “This welcoming city, Chattanooga, became my home.” For that very reason, many of his clients (other real estate agents included) encouraged him that he would be a perfect fit for real estate; people wanted and needed his type of integrity.
Iqbal has traveled worldwide and has friends and family throughout the U.S. and the rest of the world. Khan and his wife, a textile designer/fine artist Sadaf, love calling Chattanooga home. Its nature, beautiful mountains, hiking, biking, river rafting, national parks, and history drew them. But what kept them here was Chattanooga’s wonderful, friendly people. Can Iqbal help you find your perfect Chattanooga home too? Give him a call. He will love talking with you.
