About Brenda McConathy

I’m the proud mother of a 21-year-old daughter, and family is an important part of who I am. I understand that a home is much more than a property—it’s where families grow, memories are created, and new chapters begin.

Before expanding my career into real estate, I built an extensive background in leadership, operations, and customer service. Those years taught me how to communicate with people from all walks of life, solve problems under pressure, negotiate effectively, and—most importantly—follow through on my commitments.

Today, as a REALTOR® licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, I bring that same drive and work ethic to every client I serve. Whether I’m working with a first-time homebuyer, someone relocating to the area, a growing family looking for more space, or a homeowner preparing to sell, I believe every client deserves personal attention, honest communication, and an agent who will work hard on their behalf.

I especially enjoy helping people discover everything the greater Chattanooga and North Georgia area has to offer. Having lived here since 1993, I bring not only real estate knowledge but also the perspective of someone who has watched this area grow and change for more than three decades.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, working in my yard, walking, shopping, and spending time with the people I love.

For me, real estate is about much more than buying and selling houses.
